We are a bright boutique day care group welcoming children, their families, and Educators alike. Wanting only the best for your child, we have created a home-based environment and use an adaptive, holistic teaching program that matches activities to each child’s interests and needs. Mez does more than simply supervise your child throughout the day: our limited-size groups mean that your child receives the attention, care and nurturing they need to get the most out of their busy day! Our team of Certified Early Childhood Educators will be your child’s guide, preparing them for a successful future.

Small groups, big ideas

Partnering for brighter futures

A smaller, home-based group can be greatly beneficial to your child. Not only will they be cared for by qualified Educators, but the nurturing environment of a home is far more familiar and therefore beneficial when compared to a large child care centre. With a maximum of seven children at a time per location (4 non-school and 3 school-age), Children are afforded a personalised education and care experience with consistency in peers and Educators that cannot be guaranteed in larger centres.

At Mez Day Care, we know that our success depends on strong partnerships. We offer a simple, straightforward, and profitable franchise model that provides full support, making owning a successful home day care business an accessible and rewarding investment. We conduct a home safety check at your home, set it up with the materials and equipment for your home day care and guide you every step of the way. As our Franchise Partner, you will receive comprehensive resources, training and ongoing support. We require that all Mez Day Care partners hold a valid Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and other essential certificates, ensuring quality care for the children we support.

My journey in Early Childhood Education and Care started as an Educator in a centre-based facility. Seeing the challenges faced by both children and educators due to high staff turnover and lack of individualised attention, I knew there had to be a better way. Driven by the desire to create a nurturing and supportive environment, I took a leap of faith and founded my own family day care business, Mez Day Care.

As the Founder and CEO of Mez Day Care, I am determined to lead the way in Early Childhood Education and provide children with the best possible start in life. My dream is to offer a place where children and educators can flourish and grow in a positive and empowering setting. I believe in the importance of smaller group sizes and a home-based setting, recognising the significance of consistency in care and engagement in children’s progress.
