CCS Processed by Head Office

All CCS processing and reporting is done by the head office, leaving you to focus on educating, communicating with parents, and building your Mez Day Care operation.

Toy Rotation

Each quarter, toys are rotated, enhancing the learning environment and maintaining an enriching care experience for every child.

Excursions

The head office provides a range of pre-planned excursions and activities to keep care engaging and educational for the group

Access To Trainee Educators

Through our partnership with RTOs, we train educators within our home day care locations, giving partners access to the free support of assistant educators.

HubHello

HubHello supports educators in documenting observations, reflections, and improvements within daily programs and practices, helping to nurture children’s interests and strengths while addressing areas for growth.

Dedicated Head Office

We provide an annual conference for Franchise Partners, ongoing management guidance and mentorship, oversee a national brand marketing strategy and deliver comprehensive training to ensure all Franchise Partners exceed the National Quality Standards.

In order to operate a Mez Day Care Franchise, we ask that you have a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care to ensure your children get the best care.

We also ask that you carry:

CPR and First Aid Certificate
National Police Certificate
Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
Paid Blue Card
Full Driver’s Licence
