Before using our services, please take a moment to review and understand our Terms of Service. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Terms of Service for Parents
By enrolling your child in Mez Day Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Mez Day Care offers child care services for children aged 0 to 12 years old, following our interest-based Curriculum. Our services include day care, before and after school care and holiday care.
To enrol your child in Mez Day Care, you must complete the enrollment process, providing accurate and up-to-date information about your child, emergency contacts, health conditions, and other relevant details. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate enrollment if important information is withheld or false information is provided and if the child’s behaviour poses a major risk to others.
Fees for Mez Day Care services will be communicated during the enrollment process. Payment is due on a specified schedule and must be made via electronic means as per government regulations. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
We prioritise the health and safety of all children in our care. Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us about any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs their child may have. It is essential to keep immunisations up to date. We maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments.
We value open and transparent communication with parents/guardians. We may communicate important updates, newsletters, or notifications through various channels, including email, newsletters, or in-person meetings. We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Parents/guardians and children are expected to adhere to our code of conduct, promoting respectful and inclusive behaviour towards staff, other children, and the facility. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of services, in cases of repeated misconduct.
Mez Day Care is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct. We are not responsible for any personal belongings brought to the facility.
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice within the specified notice period. Outstanding fees must be settled before termination.
Mez Day Care reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided through appropriate channels. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Terms of Service for Educators
By becoming a Mez Day Care Educator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from becoming a Mez Day Care Educator.
Educators are required to sign an Educator Schedule with Mez Day Care. The agreement will outline the terms and conditions, including training, support, and obligations of both parties.
Educators are responsible for operating their day care business in accordance with the established Curriculum, policies, and procedures provided by Mez Day Care. Compliance with licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and local laws is mandatory.
Educators are required to pay Service fees as outlined in the Fee Schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in consequences, including termination of the Educator Schedule.
Mez Day Care provides initial training and ongoing support to Educators to ensure successful operation of their day care business. Educators are expected to actively participate in training programs and implement the recommended practices to maintain quality standards.
Educators must protect Mez Day Care’s intellectual property rights. Unauthorised use or modification of the brand elements, trademarks, logos, and marketing materials is strictly prohibited.
The Educator Schedule may be terminated by either party as outlined in the agreement. Breach of the agreement and non-compliance to the National Quality Framework may result in termination of the agreement.
Educators must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by Mez Day Care, including operational processes, customer data, and business strategies.
Any disputes arising between Mez Day Care and Educators will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as outlined in the Educator Schedule.
Mez Day Care reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service for Educators at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided in writing. Continued operation as an Educator after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Mez Day Care and its clients (Parents and Educators). By using our services as parents or becoming an Educator, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for further clarification.
